Log Hours

Transcript

  • Carnegie scale: 120 hours = 1.0 credit
  • Click any Credits or Grade cell to edit after building
  • Grades: A+, A, A−, B+, B, B−, C+, C, C−, D+, D, F
  • Courses without a grade are excluded from GPA
  • Print / Save PDF using browser's Save as PDF option

Settings & year start

  • School name and address appear on transcripts
  • Year start defaults to July 1 — change if your year starts in August or September
  • Database Backup: save a snapshot before making large changes
  • Restoring a backup overwrites all current data — no undo

Common questions

Offsite hours (co-op, tutor, field trip)
Log normally with location set to Offsite. Count toward total and core goals but not core@home.
Logged time to the wrong course or date
Delete the entry and add a corrected one. There is no edit — delete and re-add.
Hours not showing in the right year
Check Settings → Year Start. A July 1 start means June logs fall in the prior year.
App shows stale data after an update
Hard reload with Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) to bypass the service worker cache.
Multiple devices
All data lives in the Neon database — any device that opens the app sees the same records in real time.
